VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - A BEAUTIFUL SHOP RUN BY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL STAFF.
I rang today requesting a price for a large amount of crystals, I asked if due to the number I was buying if it were possible to please get a discounted price? To be told abruptly and rudely...
"No it is the same price we are a retail shop and need to make a living like everyone else.. Goodbye" and hung up - I didn't even have an opportunity to thank them anyway.

To be honest the store is beautiful, they stock a magnificent range of stones but with an attitude and the absolute rudeness displayed like that, no amount of beauty can undo inner ugliness.

I was informed by a friend just yesterday, that they were rude, she asked for a particular crystal and was informed that indeed they stocked the crystal she requested and when she asked where was treated with disinterest and like she was a hassle.

I decided to go on my own experience with them and I now see what my friend was saying.
